“Culinary Heritage of Bulgaria” in search for authentic recipes for traditional Bulgarian dishes

All culinary lovers of the authentic Bulgarian cuisine from Bulgaria and all over the world, municipalities, Chitalishta, organizers of culinary festivals and restaurants could submit recipes for traditional authentic Bulgarian dishes to the Contest till September 30th, 2018.

МЕТРО and its partners from the Bulgarian Association of Professional Chefs, Platform AGORA and the University of Food Technologies will look forward to receiving authentic recipes together with our media partners from „24 hours" newspaper, DiVino and Menumag, „Woman Today", „Culinary bloguide" and the platform of Bulgarian municipalities КМЕТА.bg. Guide in this culinary expedition will be the most famous Bulgarian professional chef André Tokev, an inventor and promoter of the Bulgarian culinary tradition, who dedicated more than 20 years to searching for and preserving the authentic Bulgarian recipes.
