Creative Workshop for Children "Wonders from the Sea"

On August 27th at the North beach of Burgas a creative workshop for children "Wonders from the Sea" will be held. The workshop is going to provoke the childrens' imagination through activities in applied arts. Children between 5 and 14 years could sign up to participate. Under the guidance of two animators with experience in applied arts, the children will make jewelry and souvenirs from natural sea materials - clams, shells, stones and sand. The produced jewelry and souvenirs by the children will be presented on September 05th, 2015 in a joint exhibition with the woks of the artists (painters), participants in the International Creative Art Workshop "Black Sea Palette."

The workshop will be held in the period August 27th - September 05th, 2015 at the North Beach of Burgas. Every day from 09:00 am to 09:30 am, the children can sign up for the workshop at the North Beach.

The creative workshop for children "Wonders from the Sea" is organized within the project "Black Sea Areal for Culture and Art" (BASACA), funded by the Black Sea Basin Joint Operational Programme 2007- 2013, regulated by the European Neighborhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI) of the EU / 2.3.1.73216.269, BASACA, MIS- ETC Code 1551 /grant contract № 50830/ 26.06.2013. The project Lead beneficiary is Municipality of Komotini, Greece, project partners: Association "Platform AGORA -Active Communities for Development Alternatives - branch Burgas" and Agency for Support of Cultural Initiatives "KusiCreaVision" - Odessa, Republic of Ukraine.
